World Cup Simulator
A live tracker for a World Cup 2026 draw and last-man-standing competition.
Overview
World Cup Live follows a World Cup draw competition among friends, showing live match results and updating scores and standings in real time as the tournament plays out.
Why I built it
Running a sweepstake over WhatsApp means someone keeping a spreadsheet up to date after every match. This replaces that with a leaderboard that updates itself, so everyone can see where they stand at any moment.
What it does
Live leaderboard
Results refresh every minute, showing each player's winnings both decided and 'as things stand'.
My team
Each player can follow the teams they drew and how they're getting on.
Fixtures, scorers & cards
Full tournament data, with prizes for top scorers and cards as well as results.
What if
Play out upcoming results to see how the prize money would shift.
